 We all need a little help sometimes.  Whether it is a pick me up, a treatment, strength, or relaxation. 

Will you have Matcha, a strong Assam, ginger, red raspberry leaf, or maybe lavender and chamomile?

Whether you are newly pregnant dealing with nausea and fatigue,  feeling ready to pop, or postpartum and struggling to breastfeed while juggling other little ones.  We are here for you.

This is a laid back and easy going group for tales of motherhood, laughter, and encouragement to get through whatever you are dealing with this week.

Topics Covered:

Anatomy, nutrition, stages of labor, birthing options and knowing your rights, comfort measures and labor positions, lactation education & the 4th trimester

BIRTH BOOT CAMP:

A one day, six hour course that covers all you need to know for an amazing birth experience.

Prime Time is for first-time mamas.  We will have lots of education,  question and answer sessions, and fun. 

 Being prepared decreases anxiety, stress and fear.; leading to better outcomes and satisfaction

 Having support and relationship with others going through the same transition is so comforting and valuable to healthy pregnancies and growing families.
