“I had the pleasure of having Linda Legault attend my first birth as my midwife. As I write this, my son is nearly a year old, and that night still goes down in history as the most incredible, powerful, and beautiful night of my life. To everyone’s surprise, my water broke 1 week early. Labor felt very mild, but being a slightly nervous first timer, I wanted to go to the birth center right away. She agreed to meet me there, knowing it would probably be hours before active labor began.  Linda was clearly putting my comfort before her own. Turns out I was active when we arrived! “It’s crazy to think I’ve only known Linda for 2 years,  because it feels like I’ve known her my whole life. Linda had taken over my care when I was pregnant with my 5th baby.
